The Reading
A pressure sensor at an unrelated monitoring post recorded a value eleven minutes and four seconds before the corresponding physical event occurred — the same interval, to the second, as CASE-0005 and CASE-0016.
Achterberg's Finding
Dr. Naomi Achterberg traced the three instruments' calibration histories and found that all three had, at some point, been serviced using a reference unit issued from the same Meridian Archive Complex storage lot. She states this "could be coincidence, or it could mean the anomaly is in the equipment, not the events." Ward disputes this reading of her data.
Departmental Split
This case marks the first documented methodological disagreement within Temporal Research severe enough to be logged as a formal dispute. Two competing internal memos on the subject are filed separately as DOC-0016 and DOC-0017.
