Cross-Reference Note: Echo Interval and the Unindexed Ledger

A short, disputed cross-reference filed by Archive Correlation after a clerk noticed that the eleven-minute Echo Protocol interval matches a recurring notation in the Unindexed Ledger predating Temporal Research by five years — the first suggestion that two separate arcs are the same investigation seen from different departments.

Note

While cataloguing entries connected to Project Meridian, an Archive Correlation clerk found a recurring marginal notation reading "+11" beside eight unrelated ledger entries dated between 2018 and 2019 — four years before Temporal Research began tracking the interval under Echo Protocol.

Disputed Status

Temporal Research has not confirmed or denied a connection. Archival Services, which oversees Project Meridian, has requested this note be marked disputed rather than confirmed until the ledger notation can be dated with certainty. If confirmed, the implication is that whatever produces the Echo Protocol readings has been leaving a mark inside Network paperwork since before the department that studies it existed.
