Recurring Interval Fragment, Third Recovery

A third fragment sharing the harmonic signature of SIG-0001 and SIG-0012, recovered at a listening post with no prior connection to either. The pattern behind The Black Signal moves from suspected to statistically difficult to dismiss.

The fragment was recovered during a routine scan at Listening Post 4, roughly five months after the brief interruption logged as INC-0024 at the same post. Signal Analysis had flagged that interruption for comparison specifically because of its duration, which matched a gap pattern seen in SIG-0012.

Correlation

Cross-referenced against SIG-0001 and SIG-0018, the fragment shares a harmonic ratio accurate to three decimal places. Signal Analysis has not previously stated publicly how many independent recoveries would be required to treat The Black Signal as a confirmed single source rather than a working hypothesis. Internally, the number three has been raised.
