Archive record
Standard
Each record carries a verification level, a confidence value, an integrity rating, and a revision number. Every change increments the revision and is logged by Data Integrity.
Access levels
Verification is distinct from access. A confirmed record may be sealed; an unverified record may be public. Access reflects disclosure; verification reflects evidence.
